Smaller oak, juniper, hackberry, cedar and elm and Mesquite create a diverse woody cover. Wildlife includes whitetail, axis, turkey, dove, bobcat, rabbit, squirrel, fox, and more. The fishing is great in Lake Amistad less than an hour away.
